How do I change the colour of an item?

On nearly all items (both clothing and accessories) you can change the colour of the product, but not the colour of the design. To do this, specify the colour you want in the product details page. Here you can swap to your preferred colour to see how the design works with that colour. To get to the product details page click on an item on one of the main design catalogue pages.

Why does the website keep mentioning Spreadshirt?

Spreadshirt are our clothing suppliers and distributors, they are responsible for the fulfilment of the order i.e. order queries, cancellations and returns.

Where can I find delivery costs?

The delivery costs are specified by Spreadshirt and can be found at here.

How do I specify a year for my item?

If the item can be customised (not all can) there is a red "customise" button under each displayed item. Follow this and you will be taken to a form where you can fill in your information. Alternatively, when viewing a product's details you can toggle between views using the orange tabs in the top right of the viewing pane.

I'm on the Product Details page, but can't see how to customise the year?

You can't customise the year from the Product Details page. This is because each product is specifically designed and is an item in its own right. If the item is customisable there will be an orange tab next to the "item details" tab in the top right of the viewing pane. Alternatively, the red "customise" button can be found on the catalogue pages, underneath the displayed item.

I want to customise an item, but the customise button isn't there?

Not all items can be customised (such as the QSeries), which is why the button does not appear under every item. For further information or suggestions please contact the Reborn Team.

Can I choose where the year is positioned on my item?

No. Due to the constraints of the printing process the year can only be positioned in a few places. When ordering the design and specifying the year a graphic depicts where the year will be positioned. On some products the year is physically incorporated into the design.
